At Homeknead, we specialise in freshly baked traditional Filipino breads, to bring the taste of the Philippines back home to NZ. Each item is made with high-quality ingredients and lots of love.

2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

3. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to cater to your needs. Please reach out via our Contact page to discuss your requirements.

4. How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders, we recommend placing them at least 24 hours in advance. For custom or bulk orders, please allow 3-5 days’ notice.

Yes, all orders are available for pickup from our designated location during business hours. Details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

6. What are your pickup hours?

Our pickup hours are 11am - 1pm and 5:30pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure you arrive within the specified time frame.

7. Are your products allergy-friendly?

Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, including eggs, dairy, starch, and gluten. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

8. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Modifications are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us directly as soon as possible.

9. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations up to 12 hours after placing an order. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which you can find on our website.
